Where do you ship?
We currently ship to residential and business addresses across Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide, with no minimum spend required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 6–12 business days, for a total of around 7–14 business days from order to delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Please contact us at support@jadeflair.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after your return has been inspected. It may take additional time for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us at support@jadeflair.com within 24 hours of placing your order, before it enters processing or is dispatched.
